The Future Africa Leaders Foundation

Founded in 2010, FALF is a non-profit dedicated to identifying, celebrating and equipping exceptional young Africans whose community impact, leadership and innovation are shaping the continent's future.

Through the Future Africa Leaders Awards (FALA), our Ambassador Programme, and capacity-building initiatives, we have connected thousands of change-makers across more than 54 African nations — building a growing community of leaders committed to continental transformation.
