2018 DRUGS AND BLESSERS CAMPAIGN - KAREN MUSODZA (SOUTH AFRICA)
Future Africa Leaders Foundation Ambassador and 2016 Star winner, Karen Musodza, organized a special campaign to address the issue of drugs and substance abuse among teenagers. This campaign tagged ‘2018 Drugs and Blessers Campaign’, which held at Selly Park Secondary School in South Africa had several social and security entities in attendance, such as Rustenburg SAPS (South African Police Service) Youth Crime Desk, Rustenburg Public Safety, Department Corrections, Youth and Development Centre and Serenity Rehab Centre.
Over 530 students were taught the dangers and causes of using drugs in school, and the attendees were inspired as Karen shared from the book, The Power of Your Mind. It was indeed a successful campaign.
